Service description

Hackisition provides mobile app growth consulting and execution services. The detailed scope of any engagement is set in a signed Service Agreement between GRAY and the client. Marketing pages on this site are informational only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of GRAY or its licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without prior written consent.

Proposal pages

Proposal pages (/offer/[slug]?t=...) are private documents intended only for the recipient. Sharing the link with third parties is at your own risk. We reserve the right to revoke any proposal at any time.

Liability

GRAY uses best efforts but does not guarantee specific results (CPI, ROAS, MRR, installs, conversion rate or any other KPI). Detailed liability terms are governed by the signed Service Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute related to this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
